With Bank Up since 1994, Sharon has worked in Sales, Contracts and Administration before becoming President. Her prior experience includes lending and branch banking operations for nearly 25 years. Sharon has worked in advertising and marketing with a Southern California company. Prior to that, Sharon worked for Glendale Federal Savings as a Senior Loan Officer in the San Francisco East Bay where she excelled in growing the loan portfolio of the region. Sharon also worked for Home Federal Savings in a variety of capacities, including branch management. Before her venture into financial services, Sharon pursused and obtained a nursing degree Cal State Hayward (East Bay). Sharon has spent time working with local east bay charitable organizations involving children's causes and birth defects. |
As Executive Vice President, Tim's responsibilities include daily operations and project management, including the technical direction of the company. Tim has been with Bank Up since 2001. In 1999 Tim was hired as Assistant Manager and soon thereafter Manager of Information Services for Butte Communtiy Bank in Chico, CA. Prior to that Tim worked for Savings Bank of Mendocino County and for 12 years worked in many areas of the bank including branch administration and electronic banking, receiving is Accredited ACH Professional designation in 1998. There, Tim's responsibilities included Cash Management sales and support. Early in his tenure, Tim became involved in spearheading many projects, including first generation platform and teller systems, and cash managment/ACH orgination. Tim also oversaw two generations of telephone banking system roll outs. Prior to that, Tim started his banking career with the Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, CA working his way through college in the bank's item processing center and later into branch operations while attending college in Sonoma County. |
Since 1994, Mike has been the primary contact for testing and disaster processing. Mike brings nearly 30 years of bank item processing experience to Bank Up. Mike's responsibilites include keeping up to date with client changes in processing environments and testing certifications. Prior to Bank Up, Mike was with Bank Up in Southern California before the company relocated to its present location in San Ramon. Mike spent eight years with California Commerce Bank in Los Angeles as Manager of Item Processing. Mike previously spent eight years with Union National Bank in McComb, Ill, working in a service bureau environment in item & core processing in a supervisory capacity. |
Michael Santimauro acquired Bank Up Corporation in August 2006 and became Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to acquiring Bank Up, Santimauro served as a Senior Vice President of US Bacorporation Oliver-Allen Technology Leasing, a Subsidiary of the three billion US Bank Equipment Finance Company. He held this position since 2000. For the previous ten years he was Senior Manager of Oliver-Allen Coporation. He served on the management team that grew Oliver-Allen from a $10 Million annual revenue company to a $150 Million company that was sold to US Bank. Durinig his tenure, the business base expanded geographically to include middle market customers as well as large corporate clients with specialized expertise in various segments and equipment types. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge of and experience with the banking and financial needs of corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Santimauro joined Oliver-Allen after spending five years with Citicorp Information Resources of Stamford, CT where he served as Western Regional Manager. Citicorp delivered technology solutions to independent banks, savings and loans and credit unions. During his tenure there, he was responsible for Citicorp's acquisition of its first technology services organization in California, and became general manager of that business. The organization was eventually sold to FiServ. After graduation from college, Santimauro spent five years with Xerox Corporation in New York City. Santimauro holds an executive MBA from St. Mary's College, Moraga, CA and a BS degree in Economics from Fordham University, Bronx, NY. He is on the Board of Directors of City Youth Now, a San Francisco non-profit organization that provides funds and services for youth under the jurisdiction of San Francisco's Juvenile Court, including youth in foster care and/or juvenile probation systems. |
